I came across this video that I hadn't seen, maybe you haven't either. Enjoy...

I have seen it before, but I watched it again. It's a really cute video. I love the scenes of George in the garden because he looks like the most adorable garden gnome ever, lol.

Have you ever seen the DVD videos? It talks about how George always put his favourite song at number seven on any album, but he obviously couldn't do it for Brainwashed. It came down to Dhani and he went with "Stuck Inside a Cloud" because it was his favourite. That part always chokes me up.

It's the same video that you posted, but a longer version. Dhani starts talking about "Stuck Inside a Cloud" around 5:20.

Ugh. It won't let me embed it.

Jeff Lynne's final comment made me realize just now that George must have loved the movie "Being There." The whole Buddhist thing of being in the moment, the gardener who's just a gardener but others see as a guru. Peter Sellers as the star.

Check out this story about Sellers' pursuit of the role: http://www.geocities.com/~cheshyre/being.html ("'That's me!'" he [Sellers] would tell people of the Chance character.")

Has anybody ever read or seen comments by George on the book or movie?

I must watch the movie again soon. :)
